Job Description

About Us:
Black Pine Oral Surgery, is dedicated to providing exceptional oral surgery care with compassion and professionalism. As a growing practice, we pride ourselves on creating a positive environment for both patients and staff. We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to lead our team and ensure the smooth daily operations of our practice.
Position Summary:
The Office Manager will oversee the day-to-day administrative functions of the Black Pine Oral Surgery office. The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare management, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to fostering a high-performing, patient-centered environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage the office staff, ensuring a collaborative and efficient workflow
  • Oversee patient scheduling, billing, and records management
  • Handle HR duties including staff hiring, onboarding, disciplinary actions and performance evaluations
  • Manage office budgets, accounts payable, and vendor relationships
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and practice policies
  • Serve as the liaison between doctors, staff, and patients, addressing any concerns or feedback promptly
  • Facilitate staff training and development to promote continuous improvement
  • Support marketing efforts to attract new patients and grow the practice
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in healthcare office management (oral surgery or dental experience preferred)
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and healthcare compliance
  • Proficiency with office management software (experience with dental/medical practice management software is a plus)
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
