Job Description
Are you organized, proactive, people-oriented, and passionate about helping children and families? At Purpose Driven Chiropractic, we specialize in neurologically-focused pediatric and family chiropractic care, helping children and families heal, regulate, and thrive through nervous system-centered care. Because we serve a large pediatric population, this role is especially important in helping children feel safe, supported, and comfortable during their visits. The ideal candidate enjoys engaging with kids, helping parents feel at ease, and creating a positive experience for families navigating healthcare challenges. This is not a passive desk job.

During training, you will: Learn our systems, workflows, and communication standards Learn the language and philosophy behind neurologically-focused chiropractic care Gain a deeper understanding of the nervous system and the care we provide Develop confidence supporting doctors and families in real time Learn how each department works together to create an exceptional patient experience Cross-train in supporting roles so you can step in and help teammates when needed Receive ongoing feedback, coaching, and support from leadership throughout the process We are looking for someone who is coachable, growth-minded, and excited to learn.
