Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and versatile individual to join our team as a Clinic Administrator who is cross trained in basic clinical tasks and Front office. In this dynamic role, you will play a crucial part in mostly the administrative operations of our front office but also providing clinical support in our practice. Managing administrative tasks, coordinating patient care, and ensuring the highest level of patient satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a strong background in how a dental/medical office runs.
Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring efficiency and adherence to policies and procedures. Implementing daily procedures that encourage and allow growth for the office. Manage appointment scheduling, patient records, and billing systems. Handle insurance claims and coordinate with insurance providers. Maintain and update patient databases and ensure accuracy of information. Patient Care and Customer Service Ensure compliance with privacy regulations (HIPAA) and maintain patient confidentiality. Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations. Supply and Inventory Management Maintain inventory of dental supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and proper storage. Coordinate schedules with doctors and other staff to make sure patients have what they need when they come for their appointments.
Requirements:
Ability to work as a team and on your own when you know what needs to be done. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and staff. Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and high-quality work. Knowledge of dental insurance processes and billing procedures. Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and patient privacy requirements. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. Experience working in a Dental practice is a bonus.
