Healthcare Administrative Coordinator Location:
Pocatello, ID Schedule:
Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00
PM Pay:
$18-$20 per hour

Paid Time Off (PTO) About the Opportunity We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Healthcare Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Pocatello. This position works from our professional office environment and plays an important role in supporting compliance, quality assurance, documentation management, and administrative operations. Responsibilities Review and maintain employee files to ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements Audit client charts, service plans, and progress notes for accuracy and completeness Manage and update client authorizations within company software systems Assist with quality assurance initiatives and continuous improvement projects Track and monitor corrective action plans Conduct client and employee satisfaction surveys Prepare documentation and records for state inspections, audits, and licensing reviews Maintain compliance binders and organizational records Monitor adherence to company policies, procedures, and healthcare regulations Generate reports and assist leadership with quality improvement efforts Provide administrative support for compliance and quality assurance programs Perform other related duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Associate's degree or healthcare-related education preferred Minimum one year of administrative, healthcare, compliance, quality assurance, or related experience preferred Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and web-based software systems Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong written and verbal communication abilities Ability to handle confidential information professionally Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Reliable transportation Ability to pass a background check and drug screening What We're Looking For The successful candidate will be: Highly detail-oriented Organized and dependable Comfortable reviewing documentation for accuracy Able to work independently while collaborating with a team Professional, positive, and solutions-focused Compassionate and committed to supporting individuals with disabilities What We Offer Full-time, stable Monday-Friday schedule Professional office environment in Pocatello Competitive pay based on experience Paid Time Off (PTO) Supportive team environment Opportunity for growth and advancement Meaningful work that positively impacts individuals and families in our community If you are organized, detail-oriented, and want to be part of a team that helps improve the lives of individuals with disabilities in the Pocatello area, we'd love to hear from you.
