Whether a patient is calling for the first time or checking in for their tenth visit, you're the voice who makes them feel welcomed, remembered, and supported. At Amplify Physical Therapy and Wellness, that voice could be yours. We're looking for a Patient Care Coordinator who brings warmth, focus, and compassion to every interaction. As our Bolingbrook clinic continues to grow from one clinician into a larger team, we are looking for someone who wants to grow with us and become an important part of the patient experience from day one. Why This Role Matters You'll be the first impression, and the lasting one. From that first nervous phone call to the final check-out, you'll help guide patients through every step of their experience. You'll be the person helping them understand what comes next, keeping schedules organized, answering questions, and making sure they feel supported throughout their care journey. What You'll DoNew Patient Conversions & Scheduling Convert incoming inquiries and referrals into scheduled evaluations Respond quickly and professionally to patient calls, leads, and questions Help maintain a consistent, organized schedule that supports patient continuity and clinic flow Assist with phone and email follow-up to improve lead conversion and scheduling Insurance & Financial Coordination Verify insurance benefits and obtain authorizations Explain coverage, deductibles, and co-pays clearly and professionally Collect payments during check-in and check-out Support billing and collections processes as needed Case Management & Data Accuracy Enter and maintain accurate patient information in the EMR Keep electronic charts complete and organized Help ensure documentation and communication stay organized between patients, providers, and referral sources Front Office Operations Welcome and check in patients while creating a positive front desk experience Coordinate scheduling changes and communicate with the clinical team throughout the day Follow up with patients to reduce cancellations and improve attendance Support general clinic operations, organization, and workflow Marketing & Administrative Support Assist with light marketing and social media support Help maintain a professional and welcoming clinic presence Support additional administrative tasks as the clinic continues to grow You're a
Great Fit If You:
Have 1-2 years of experience in customer service, administration, front desk support, sales, marketing, or healthcare Communicate with confidence, professionalism, and kindness, especially by phone Enjoy helping people feel comfortable and supported Can multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Are comfortable learning scheduling systems, EMRs, Google Workspace, and Excel Love solving problems and helping systems run smoothly Want a role where your work genuinely impacts both patients and the clinic team What's In It for
