This is a unique role for a therapist who loves clinical work, enjoys teaching and developing others, and is excited to help lead within an integrative healthcare environment. The ideal candidate is a strong clinician, a natural team player, and a thoughtful leader who believes excellent care happens through collaboration, accountability, and a shared commitment to both client outcomes and organizational health. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys using evidence-based practices, supporting provisionally licensed therapists, and working closely with professionals across disciplines. About the Role The Mental Health Clinical Supervisor will provide direct clinical services while also offering supervision, leadership, and support to provisionally licensed therapists. This position will carry a clinical caseload of approximately 25 scheduled clients per week and will play an active role in site leadership, team development, documentation oversight, and continued innovation at TRWC. This is a 36-hour-per-week in-office position at our Champaign Clinic. What You'll Do In this role, you will: Provide high-quality therapy services using evidence-based practices in a diverse clinical setting Maintain a caseload of approximately 25 scheduled clients per week Lead clinical supervision for provisionally licensed therapists Review clinical notes, documentation, and treatment-related records Teach, mentor, and support therapists in their clinical growth Collaborate closely with nurse practitioners, the collaborative doctor, medical office assistants, physical therapists, billing staff, and other team members Participate in site leadership meetings, All Staff meetings, and other required leadership meetings Contribute to TRWC's leadership mastermind group and help develop cutting-edge approaches to integrative care Help problem-solve clinical, operational, and team-related challenges Support a positive workplace culture built on accountability, collaboration, humility, and shared purpose Balance clinical excellence with an understanding of the practical needs of running a sustainable healthcare business Who We're Looking For We are looking for someone who: Has at least 2 years of leadership experience Loves mentoring, teaching, and helping other clinicians grow Is passionate about integrative healthcare and whole-person wellness Enjoys working as part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team Is a self-starter who can identify needs and take initiative Is flexible, solutions-focused, and willing to jump in where needed Values teamwork and does not operate from a "that's not my job" mindset Communicates directly, respectfully, and professionally Understands that strong clinical care and a healthy business model can and should work together Loves being a therapist and is committed to ethical, evidence-based care Thrives in a diverse setting with clients and colleagues from a variety of backgrounds Qualifications Master's degree or higher in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or a related mental health field Active clinical license appropriate for providing therapy and supervision in Illinois Minimum of 2 years of leadership, supervisory, or team development experience preferred Experience providing therapy using evidence-based practices Experience supervising or mentoring provisionally licensed therapists strongly preferred Strong documentation, communication, and organizational skills Commitment to collaborative, integrative, client-centered care Compensation & Benefits The salary range for this position is $70,000

This is a salaried position, not per client hour.
