Full Job Description Overview:
The Home Care Office Coordinator works with regional Home Care and Hospice managers, supervisors, and IT operating staff to ensure efficient office operations and administrative needs of management and department needs are met. Ensures that data required for clerical, productivity, or billing operations are entered/communicated. Works within the mileage tracking system consistently to ensure that all patient information is correct and to assist all field staff. Serves as the Home Care resource for building services and telecommunications within the building, as well as the field. Coordinates day-to-day operations of the office including, but not limited to, supplies and communications. Hours may vary depending upon census and program need.
Responsibilities:
Answer telephone, take and deliver messages according to department communication standards. Assists and directs visitors, vendors, medical students, reps, residents and healthcare students with appropriate check-in. Processes and distributes all incoming and outgoing mail, expedited packages, courier and internal Health Alliance mail, completing these tasks on a daily basis. Provides administrative, secretarial, and clerical support for department. Assists with newly hired staff in setting up telecommunication phone software by submitting work requests, ordering, and coordinating the meetings to ensure a smooth transition. Provides administrative, secretarial, and clerical support for department including but not limited to: productivity audits, mileage tracking, scheduling, patient registration, intakes, supply room management, and other job functions as assigned by management.

Salary Range:
The compensation range for this position is $17.6per hour - $28.51per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
