This is not a passive administrative role. We are looking for a revenue-minded leader who can manage daily operations, hold teams accountable, improve patient experience, and actively contribute to business growth through strategic partnerships and community relationship building. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, understands luxury patient experience, leads with accountability, and is motivated by performance, growth, and measurable success. Responsibilities Daily Operations Management Oversee daily clinic flow and operational efficiency Manage scheduling, staffing coordination, and clinic organization Ensure smooth communication between front desk, sales, providers, and leadership Maintain operational standards, cleanliness, and patient experience Manage inventory ordering, tracking, and supply organization Handle patient concerns and service recovery professionally Team Leadership & Accountability Lead and motivate front desk and support staff Ensure team members follow SOPs, workflows, and company standards Assist with onboarding and training new employees Monitor KPIs and daily clinic performance metrics Support a positive, high-accountability culture Help improve efficiency, retention, and patient satisfaction Revenue Growth & Business Development Build strategic partnerships with local businesses, gyms, salons, fitness studios, influencers, and community organizations Identify opportunities to increase clinic visibility and patient acquisition Assist in planning events, networking opportunities, and promotional initiatives Support membership growth and retention initiatives Collaborate with leadership on revenue-driving strategies and operational improvements This role is expected to contribute directly to the growth of the business not simply maintain operations. Qualifications Previous management or leadership experience required Experience in aesthetics, med spa, wellness, luxury hospitality, fitness, healthcare, or sales environments preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and problem solve in a fast-paced setting Experience managing teams and holding staff accountable Comfortable tracking KPIs and performance metrics Sales-minded mentality with strong interpersonal skills Experience with CRM or scheduling systems preferred Ideal Candidate You are: proactive rather than reactive organized under pressure solutions-oriented highly accountable confident leading teams motivated by growth and results capable of balancing patient experience with business performance Compensation Competitive base compensation Performance-based bonus opportunities Growth potential within expanding organization Schedule Full-time Weekday and some weekend availability preferred
