Testosterone Replacement Provider

  • Part-time Job Summary We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Testosterone Replacement Provider who holds a valid Illinois medical license.
This role involves delivering specialized hormone therapy services to patients seeking testosterone replacement therapy, ensuring safe, effective, and personalized treatment plans. The ideal candidate will possess a strong medical background, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to patient-centered care. As a Testosterone Replacement Provider, you will be responsible for evaluating patients, administering treatments, and monitoring progress to optimize health outcomes all while being fully supported by our administrative and patient coordinator teams. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to determine eligibility for testosterone replacement, peptide and weight lose therapies including reviewing medical histories and performing physical examinations Develop individualized treatment plans that align with best practices and patient needs, ensuring safety and efficacy Monitor patient progress through regular follow-up appointments, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on clinical data and patient feedback Educate patients about the benefits, potential risks, and proper administration of testosterone therapy to promote informed decision-making Maintain accurate documentation of all clinical encounters, medication administration, and treatment outcomes in compliance with healthcare regulations Experience Valid Illinois medical license with eligibility for prescribing controlled substances required. Experience in conducting assessments related to home care settings is beneficial Excellent communication skills with patients and patient coordinators Demonstrated ability to collect clinical data accurately and maintain detailed records in compliance with healthcare standards
