The Concierge Aesthetics and Plastic Surgery Patient Care Coordinator is a person who can provide outstanding customer service and provide support to our plastic surgeons and the plastic surgery division. This person will have documented experience in the cosmetic and plastic surgery industry and will have outstanding people skills. The coordinator will report directly to the Director of Operations. Below is a summary of the role, expectations, key responsibilities, and duties associated with the position: o Continue to develop the flow of plastic surgery and procedures o Provide high touch customer service including communications in person, via the phone, text, or email o Contact plastic surgical leads promptly and preferably within an hour of receipt o Ensure that client concerns, verifications, consents, presurgical intakes, and post-surgical follow ups are documented and completed o Facilitate the financial transactions of cosmetic surgery procedures (discussing costs and financial payment options) o Have knowledge and provide information to clients on various complementary treatments o Develop a cosmetic surgery folder and peripherals o Help educate team on proper ways to manage potential plastic surgery patient o Keep detailed notes about client interactions in the EMR and confirm all pictures and consents have been successfully uploaded o Have knowledge of non-surgical treatment protocols o Be available for training on various procedures and equipment as needed o Attend training seminars as required o Increase sales through product and service promotion o Help coordinate and execute special events o Market and create awareness with local businesses and medical practices o Call and lead log communicated to the Director of Operations as needed o Clean treatment rooms as needed o Must maintain a professional appearance at work o Payment intake, consult with walk-in or phone-in clients regarding treatments, procedures, and other services o Downtime procedures and policies as directed by Spa Manager/Director of Operations o Knowledgeable on all current promotions o Be available to cover other locations when needed o Must arrive 15 min prior to start of shift o Chart on every patient o Pictures on every patient o Follow up patient phone calls and thank you cards for each new client interaction Characteristics, Traits, and Experience needed: Good customer service and communication skills. Outgoing, friendly, and professional appearance. Telephone etiquette.
Characteristics:

License Requirements:
o Well organized with ability to multi-task and meet deadlines o Excellent oral and written communication skills; possess a willingness to provide excellent client services and deal with others in a positive, professional manner o Ability to provide support and problem solve o Ability to formulate and conduct action plans to improve staff performance o Ability to manage self in a professional manner while dealing with a high volume of multiple priorities o Proven ability to deal professionally with difficult people and situations
Experience:
Two years of previous Plastic Surgery Sales experience is required
Salary:
o $50,000 to $70,000 based on years of experience in this specific role. o Additional potential compensation includes a commission plan that allows our ideal candidate to be successful in their role of $3,000 to $5,000/month.
