We are seeking a full-time Patient Care Coordinator for our beautiful, centrally located office. Responsibilities of this role include:

Warmly greeting patients and other visitors. Answering phones in a prompt and courteous manner, converting inquiries into scheduled appointments. Accurately entering and updating all patient information, including intake forms, insurance referrals, and invoices. Maintaining excellent working relationships with patients, vendors, colleagues, etc.
