Overview:
A reputable construction firm with an excellent reputation and growing backlog in Chicgao is seeking a dynamic PM to oversee large portions of a key upcoming project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all phases of multiple construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate all aspects of construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control measures. Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met. Manage procurement processes, including contract negotiations and material purchases. Oversee site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications. Prepare and present regular project reports to stakeholders. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction project management. Proficiency in construction management software and tools. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
