• hands-on mentorship + clear growth path Modern clinics + strong referral networks Collaborative, team-first culture What You'll Do As Clinic Director, you'll combine clinical excellence + business leadership: Lead daily clinic operations and drive performance Manage and mentor a high-performing team Maintain a clinical caseload (~10-12 patients/day) Grow the clinic through referrals and community relationships Track and drive key metrics (visits, revenue, outcomes) Partner with leadership on strategy and expansion What We're Looking For Licensed Physical Therapist (DPT or PT) in Illinois•required 3+ years outpatient experience Leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills Passion for growth, mentorship, and patient outcomes What Makes This Role Different At FYZICAL, Clinic Directors are not just managers—they are leaders and business drivers.
