Days:

Sunday-Saturday (role requires availability across all days)

Shifts:

Morning / Afternoon / Evening (schedule varies by day) Typical shift windows: 6:00a-2:30p; 7:30a-4:00p; 8:00a-5:00p; 9:30a-6:00p; 11:00a-7:30p Key responsibilities: Lead daily operations for Daycare, Pack-Ademics, and Lodging across dogs, staff, and clients. Create and manage daily task lists, group placements, evaluations, and activity fulfillment. Recruit, hire, train, coach, schedule, and oversee pet care staff; minimize unapproved overtime. Monitor occupancy, staffing needs, and wait list; adjust staffing and placements accordingly. Maintain and update pet records, notes, and attendance in Gingr software. Ensure the health, safety, and comfort of all pets; coordinate med administration, feeding, and special instructions. Conduct/oversee social evaluations and daily walk-throughs; enforce safety, cleanliness, and facility maintenance. Handle client check-ins, inquiries (phone/email), upselling, and relationship-building. Coordinate maintenance issues with General Manager; transport pets to veterinarians when warranted and notify clients. Support Operations, Office, and General Managers on projects and monthly management meetings. Continually improve operations, reduce costs without sacrificing care, and manage staff communications. Experience:

dog daycare, pet boarding, dog handling, animal training/behavior preferred.

Skills:

strong leadership, staff management, customer service, scheduling, Google Docs/Gingr familiarity.

Attributes:

organized, punctual, reliable, collaborative, confident, and calm under pressure. Must be comfortable driving pets when required and performing occasional hands-on pet care. Valid driver's license required. Compensation & benefits
