Medical Assistant/ Patient Care Coordinator- Part Time or Full Time Multicare Specialists | Granite City, IL Multicare Specialists is a fast-paced, high-volume chiropractic, physical therapy, and family medical practice looking for a Medical Assistant/ Patient Care Coordinator to join our front office team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, thrives in a busy environment, and finds fulfillment in helping patients feel cared for, supported, and understood from the moment they walk through the door. We are willing to train the right candidate! Make an Impact In this position, you play a key role in the patient experience. You are often the first and last interaction a patient has with our office, which means you have the opportunity to: Help patients feel welcomed, comfortable, and valued Bring calm and organization to what can sometimes feel like a hectic day for patients Be part of a team that is focused on improving health outcomes and overall well-being Make a meaningful difference in how patients experience their care What You'll Do Greet and check in patients while maintaining a smooth and efficient flow Manage scheduling, phones, and communication with patients and other medical offices Support providers and staff to keep daily operations running seamlessly Assist with clinical tasks including injections and patient preparation Answer patient questions related to medications, dosing, and general care What We're Looking For- Experience with injections and general medication knowledge (a plus, but not necessary) Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with patients and providers Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting A positive, team-oriented mindset Dependability and strong time management Comfort being on your feet throughout the day Someone who genuinely enjoys working with people and takes pride in providing great care We are willing to train the right candidate!
