BCBA Clinic Director for Pediatric Multidisciplinary Clinic

CST Academy is looking for a BCBA Clinic Director to manage our multidisciplinary, state-of-the-art Gurnee clinic. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced clinician who is ready to step into a leadership position and is passionate about working with children with autism and related developmental delays. The Clinic Director oversees day-to-day operations and team performance at one of our sites. This is a cross-disciplinary leadership position that involves team management, parent engagement, and site performance oversight. Key Responsibilities Lead the daily operations of a CSTA clinic site Mentor and manage team members across disciplines Foster strong relationships with families Monitor site performance and drive clinical and operational excellence Ensure alignment with company goals and values Ideal Qualifications Minimum of a Master's Degree and Board Certified Behavior Analyst® At least 3 years of leadership experience (preferred) On-site presence during business hours with flexibility for closing shifts Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills If you are interested in being considered, please don't hesitate to apply today!
