What You'll Do:

As Administrator, you'll be the driving force behind our agency's success—balancing operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and patient-centered care. Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the home health agency Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including Medicare and Medicaid guidelines Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of clinical and administrative staff Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices Manage budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation to support growth Maintain survey readiness and ensure accreditation standards are consistently met Partner with clinical leadership to drive quality outcomes and exceptional patient care Establish and strengthen relationships with referral sources and community partners Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, patient satisfaction, and overall agency performance

What You Bring:

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Business, or related field (Master's preferred) At least 2 years of leadership experience in home health or a similar healthcare setting Strong knowledge of home health regulations and compliance requirements Proven ability to lead teams, manage operations, and drive results Solid financial management and budgeting experience Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
