This role is the heartbeat of our office — you'll keep patients on track with their care, handle the financial side with confidence, and support our doctors so they can do what they do best. This role also has a clear growth path. The right person will step into a Leadership role — overseeing the entire financial lifecycle from a patient's first visit to final collection, tracking key performance metrics, and eventually managing the team and daily office operations. What You'll Do Open and manage front desk operations daily Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments — ensuring every patient leaves with their next visit booked Follow up on missed appointments and support patient retention Collect payments, verify insurance, explain financial responsibilities, and manage accounts receivable Submit, monitor, and follow up on insurance claims Assist the doctor with patient therapies and treatment flow Maintain accurate records, clean workspaces, and a welcoming environment Where This Role Is Going As you grow with us, you'll take on increasing responsibility including: Leading the revenue cycle — owning the full financial lifecycle from first visit to final collection Tracking key office numbers and performance goals to keep the practice on target Building and maintaining systems, checklists, and scripts that support smooth clinic operations Developing the leadership skills needed to manage the team and oversee daily operations This is not just a front desk job — it's a career track for someone who wants to grow into a key leadership role in a thriving practice.
