Become part of the change happening at Loyola Medicine -Radiology Department! About the Role Join Loyola Medicine as an Assistant Manager of Breast Imaging and play a key leadership role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Mammography Technologist to step into a hands-on leadership position, where you will drive operational excellence, support a high-performing team, and ensure exceptional imaging services for our patients. You will help shape the future of breast imaging services while continuing to practice in a clinical capacity.
Hours:
Day Shift Monday - Friday w/occasional Saturday based on departmental needs

Loyola Outpatient Center What you'll need
Minimum Required:
Specific Degree(s): Radiologic Technology-Mammo Associate's degree - or equivalent training acquired via work experience 3-5 years of previous job-related experience Expected to function as a "working manager" Excellent communication, interpersonal, prioritization, and decision-making skills
Preferred:
3-5 years Coordinator, Lead or Management experience Bachelor's Degree UKG scheduling or equivalent
Licensure/Certifications Required:
American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) program ARRT (M) licensure CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) from American Heart Association only Illinois Emergency Management Agency Certification (IEMA)
EPIC, PAC
experience or equivalent Excel Proficient (intermediate) Testing for proficiency maybe required Why Loyola Medicine? Referral Rewards Perks Program Annual Salary Range:
$84,150 - $135,000 Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
