Responsibilities:
Greet patients and families with a warm and inviting demeanor, creating a positive first impression. Manage patient check-ins, appointments, and scheduling to ensure a seamless experience. Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, explaining procedures, and making every patient feel valued. Coordinate with our dental team to ensure efficient patient flow and exceptional care. Assist in maintaining an organized and inviting reception area that reflects our commitment to a positive patient experience. Assisting with patient seating and hygiene room turnovers
