Full-Time Hephzibah Children's Association - 3.8 Oak Park, IL Job Details Full-time 11 hours ago Qualifications Driver's License Medication assistance Associate's degree Medical terminology Full Job Description The Residential Health Coordinator supports day-to-day healthcare coordination and medication management operations within the Qualified Residential Treatment Program (QRTP). This position assists with the organization of medical records, medication systems, appointment coordination, communication with pharmacies and healthcare providers, and monitoring of healthcare documentation to support safe and efficient care for youth residing in the program. The Residential Health Coordinator functions in a supportive and administrative healthcare role and works under the oversight of agency leadership and the Contract Registered Nurse (RN).
Requirements include:
Associate's degree in health care administration, Medical Assistance, Public Health, or related field, required. Knowledge of medication administration practices and medical terminology Strong organizational, written, and communication skills Experience working in healthcare, behavioral health, residential treatment, or child welfare preferred. Experience working with DCFS-involved youth or in child welfare settings preferred. Knowledge of Medicaid documentation requirements preferred. Must hold a valid Illinois driver's license and DCFS Child Care clearance. Demonstrates agency Core Values and commitment to inclusion and equity.
