Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Practice Coordinator with experience in the medical aesthetics, dermatology, or plastic surgery industry. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about delivering outstanding client experience and to assist the Practice Manager in all aspects of operational management of the practice.
Qualifications & Skills:
Previous experience 2+ years in administration at a medical aesthetics, plastic surgery or dermatology healthcare setting is required. High-energy individual who is proactive, process driven and is flexible and welcoming of a fast-paced, demanding environment. Willingness to do whatever needs to be done is common in a small business where a job description is merely the baseline of expected duties and responsibilities. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to own and manage tasks and special projects as delegated by the Practice Manager Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) - Required Experience supporting clinic-based social media content development using Canva, AI tools, and Constant Contact Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, high-end environment. Professional demeanor with a passion for patient care and aesthetics. Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems required.
Patient Services:
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and inquiries in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high level administrative support to the Practice including patient interaction via outreach campaigns, lead management and overall process improvement, inventory. Day-to-day clinic Provide Day-to-day operational support to the workflows/processes of the patient facing roles in the clinic Daily planning and execution with front desk team to maximize scheduling and outreach initiatives Fine-tune processes in support of both administration and clinical teams. Support front desk and administrative staff to uphold high service standards worthy of a high-end aesthetics practice. Address patient concerns and ensure an exceptional client experience.
