Company Overview Our website is: www.infantchildtherapy.com. We are a pediatric therapy clinic in Park Ridge, IL. Our services include Physical, Speech / Feeding, and Occupational Therapy Services.

Responsibilities:
Managing incoming patients from phone calls to therapist assignment Supervise at least 1 assistant, schedule Admin calendar Interface with Therapists to ensure full-caseload Raintree EMR for Billing Related duties like Benefits Verification, Account Creation(~10-25%) Experience Associates Degree Knowledge of IL Early Intervention billing and collection system, 3rd party claims followup, etc. Familiarity with Raintree EMR, Benefits Verification Accuracy in the work is very critical Must know how to work with Accounts Receivable report and problem solve Proficient in Excel and Word We get patients from:
Park Ridge, Des Plaines, Niles, Rosemont, Norridge, Arlington Heights, Evanston, Glenview, Morton Grove, Mount Prospect, Skokie, Wilmette Pay:
$20.00 - $23.00 per hour
