4/29/2026 About the Role Clarvida is seeking a Clinical Director to provide hands-on leadership, supervision, and clinical oversight for in-home counselors and other clinical staff. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality clinical service delivery, supporting staff performance and development, and maintaining compliance with agency standards and state requirements. The Clinical Director plays a key leadership role by overseeing hiring, training, supervision, case assignment, performance evaluations, and employee relations while also reviewing client charts to ensure accurate treatment planning and quality outcomes. This position works closely with staff and leadership to address concerns, resolve issues, and support continuous improvement across clinical services.
