Job Description

Overview:
Cornerstone Dental Health is seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Dental Patient Care Coordinator to join our growing team in Quincy, Illinois. We are looking for someone who is passionate about patient care, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys being the welcoming face of the practice. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a key role in creating a positive patient experience while supporting the daily operations of our office.
Compensation & Benefits Pay Range:
$17-$22 per hour, based on experience and qualifications We offer a competitive benefits package, including: 401(k) retirement plan with matching Health insurance (75% employer paid - optional coverage) Vision insurance Paid time off Generous paid sick leave and vacation time (available after 3 months of employment) Employee discounts Responsibilities Greet and assist patients with professionalism and compassion Serve as the primary point of contact for patients in person and over the phone Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments Check patients in and out efficiently Collect patient payments and assist with billing processes Verify insurance benefits and assist with insurance claims Maintain accurate patient records while ensuring HIPAA compliance Support overall patient care coordination and administrative operations Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills Excellent computer and telephone skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy office environment Prior dental or medical office experience preferred Recent graduates are not being considered for this position If you are dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional patient service, we would love to hear from you!
