Job Title:

Senior Program Manager (BCBA Practicum Student)

Main Responsibilities:

The Program Manager will still maintain an individual caseload of direct sessions in addition to indirect responsibilities, including, but not limited to, providing supervision to RBTs, providing parent training support to families, assisting and/or conducting assessments or re-assessments as necessary, updating client programming, and creating client materials. The Senior PM will also oversee an assigned caseload.

Clinical Reports to: Supervising BCBA for training schedule & client-specific concerns Requirements 2+ years experience as an RBT Supervisor confirms applicants eligibility Demonstrates consistent commitment to care Available a minimum of 30 hours per week, during hours of operations (8:30-7p) as well as Saturday availability as needed Ability to travel across localized region to provide service to all clients in need Eligibility reviewed every 6 months or as otherwise specified by your supervisor I.e., RBT trainer has a change in availability or if corrective action is implemented Benefits Compensation will be discussed in interview process Growth potential Health insurance offered after an average of 30 hours per week for 12 consecutive months, eligibility review is conducted annually midsummer Responsibilities Direct Therapy It is the responsibility of the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide quality care to The Autism Therapy Group families as intended by their supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) per the client's individualized treatment plan. Clinicians will be required to complete a daily note by the end of every session following The Autism Therapy Group daily note template. The Program Manager will still maintain an individual caseload of direct sessions in addition to indirect responsibilities as outlined below. Indirect Responsibilities You will be assigned a variety of indirect responsibilities including, but not limited to, providing supervision to RBTs, providing parent training support to families, assisting and/or conducting assessments or re-assessments as necessary, updating client programming, and creating client materials. You will oversee an assigned caseload (include days/location of caseload). The hours will vary between 8am & 7pm. You will provide approximately Text box hours of supervision overlaps each week in Location .

Example Schedule:

Client 9-11; Client 12-2; Client 3-6 During these overlaps, you will review notes, update client programs and conduct staff and parent training as directed by the supervision BCBA, All program changes will be reviewed by the supervising BCBA Additional indirect responsibilities: creating materials for programs, writing treatment plans, and conducting additional research upon request Supervision You will be assigned a direct supervisor that will be responsible for providing a quality supervision experience by providing clinical support and fostering professional growth as it relates to your practicum experience. Mentorship You will be assigned a mentor that will be responsible for maining bi-weekly mentor meetings with you to discuss your caseload, schedule, work-life balance, professional development, and goals. Commitment to client schedule Please submit time off requests two weeks in advance, utilizing our current cancellation policy. Cancellations and inconsistent attendance will lead to reduced progress for the client, so it is imperative to commit to the client's schedule Maintain RBT credential via BACB Maintaining your RBT credential is your responsibility. ATG provides free BCBA supervision, however you are responsible for getting your fieldwork forms signed in a timely manner. ATG will reimburse all renewal fees. Central Reach Clinicians are to enter their completed session times into CentralReach by the end of each work day. You will be assigned Program Manager codes to use for non-billable & billable codes. Schedule Your schedule will be variable as your responsibilities will need to be balanced across direct and indirect tasks.

Outside of your individual caseload, you would be expected to complete all assigned indirect responsibilities as discussed with your clinical supervisor.
