As a Patient Services Coordinator, you'll create the Renovo Experience for our patients and referring offices through service excellence, thought leadership and expertise while demonstrating the highest levels of integrity. The role of a Patient Services Coordinator can provide you with the: Ability to communicate and interact with patients to build an inclusive patient experience Ability to blend problem-solving and decision-making to positively impact the patient experience and resolve patient concerns Ability to adapt to different patient interactions and situations As a Patient Services Coordinator, no two days are ever the same, but a typical day will most likely include the following responsibilities: Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the patient service experience by delivering the service standard. Create a welcoming experience by authentically greeting patients Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance Work in safe manner at all times to benefit yourself and others; identify and correct hazards; comply with all safety policies and best practices
Essential Responsibilities:
Greet and direct patients and visitors Check patients in at the front reception desk Answer incoming calls in a friendly and professional manner Schedule/confirm patient appointments Perform all necessary paperwork (i.e. patient charts, referrals, appointment cards, welcome packets, and treatment plan forms) Collect co-payments and past-due balances on date of service Present financial policies and arrangements to patients Facilitate effective patient flow in conjunction with the clinical team Identify, reference, and apply insurance coverage and billing Perform basic computer functions Other duties as assigned Benefits Paid vacation, holidays, and sick time 401(K) and a pension plan Medical insurance Required Skills Exemplifying Professionalism, Positivity & Personality! Function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
Job Location Schaumburg, IL Position Type Full-Time/Non-Exempt Pay:
$19.00

00 per hour with a competitive annual bonus
Schedule:
8-hour shift Monday to Friday Saturday availability from 7:00 AM
