CDM REQUIRED

Proven management experience within a dietary or food service department in Skilled Nursing Facility. Experience in supervising staff, managing budgets, and coordinating dietary services efficiently Familiarity with patient assessment techniques, tube feeding procedures, and diagnostic evaluation processes Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative work environment Knowledge of regulations governing dietary services in healthcare or assisted living facilities Prior experience with care planning, health coaching, and implementing specialized diets is highly desirable #
