$60k•$67k Vista Physician Group is seeking an experienced Office Manager to lead daily operations of our medical practice. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient workflows, high-quality patient experiences, regulatory compliance, and strong team performance. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day clinic operations, staffing, and patient flow Lead, coach, and supervise front-office and administrative staff Support hiring, onboarding, and employee relations activities Ensure excellent patient service and timely resolution of concerns Monitor billing, collections, and overall office performance Maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and healthcare regulations Partner with providers and leadership to support practice operations Qualifications High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred Experience in a medical office or outpatient setting strongly preferred Prior leadership or Office Manager experience preferred Knowledge of medical billing, coding, and healthcare operations Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills Additional Details May require travel between Vista Health locations On-call support as needed Exposure to clinical environments Join our team and help deliver exceptional patient care while driving operational excellence.
