Ensure compliance with company policies, state/federal regulations, and payer requirements. Maintain quality and adequacy of nursing practices and patient care services. Oversee communication among clinical staff, patients, families, and referral sources. Participate in agency performance improvement and community outreach initiatives. Provide backup support for field nurses as needed (SOC, ROC, discharge visits, etc.). Lead, coach, and mentor clinical staff to promote excellence in care and teamwork.
