Assistant Clinical Manager Collaborating for Kids, LLC - 2.4 Bloomington, IN Job Details Full-time 8 hours ago Qualifications Interdisciplinary staff education and training Palliative and hospice care teams Interdisciplinary policy and procedure development Infection control initiatives coordination Interdisciplinary behavioral health coordination Full Job Description Supports the primary Clinic Manager in overseeing daily healthcare operations, staff management, and patient care to ensure facility efficiency. Handles human resources, regulatory compliance, and workflow optimization, while directly assisting with patient escalations and team supervision.
Operations & Workflow:
Supervise day-to-day front and back-office activities, including patient scheduling, clinic flow, and opening/closing procedures.
Staff Leadership:
Assist in hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and evaluating clinic personnel. Mentor staff to maintain high standards of patient care and customer service.
Compliance & Safety:
Ensure the clinic adheres to healthcare regulations, including OSHA, ADA, and HIPAA. Maintain safety protocols and accurate patient charts.
Financial & Inventory Management:
Oversee supply inventory, and help manage budgets or billing targets.
Patient Experience:
Act as a point of contact for patient complaints and feedback, ensuring families or patients receive a warm, professional experience.
