The role acts as a lead in outpatient service coordination, ensuring efficient processes, accurate documentation, and regulatory compliance. Additional duties assigned as needed at the discretion of the Director.

Qualifications Education and Training:

High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Business or technical school training is preferred. 5-10 years of experience in Admissions Intake and Authorization Processes , preferably within a high-volume Outpatient Therapy setting , demonstrating proficiency in managing complex workflows, verifying insurance, securing authorizations, and ensuring timely patient onboarding.
