Crown Point, IN No Remote TYPE Direct Hire ID j-63 POSTED Apr 13, 2026 CPR, Inc is currently recruiting for a leader in hospice care, home therapies, and home health services in need of a full time, motivated, self starting Clinical Team Managers. We have opportunities for Crown Point, Mishawaka, and Carmel Indiana locations! We are looking for current RN's (BSN preferred) licensed in the state of Indiana with at least 2 years as an RN with 1 year management in a home care, hospice setting! Current CPR certification card.
