Our specialty-trained experts are dedicated to providing exceptional, compassionate care in the treatment of orthopedic conditions. We are re‑establishing our Bone Health Program and seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to help develop this service utilizing Own the Bone© resources and provide direct patient care. This role will initially split responsibilities between:
Bone Health Program:
2 weekdays (typically 8am-5pm) dedicated to program development and patient care
OrthoStat Urgent Care:
2 weekdays (7am-7pm/clinic close) providing walk‑in orthopedic care as part of our OrthoStat team As Bone Health patient volume grows, the schedule will evolve to reflect increased program needs. While the Bone Health program is based in Fort Wayne, this position will also assist with coverage at other OrthoStat locations. Must be currently licensed (or license-eligible) as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (Advanced Practice Nurse) in the State of Indiana and possess strong communication skills.
