Job Description

Summary Employer Solutions is comprised of multiple occupational health clinics and employer clinics with several departments that provide ancillary support to these teams. Responsible for the overall management and practice performance of the designated clinics and supporting ancillary departments. Has multi-site and/or multi-disciplinary responsibility. Works with senior leadership and physicians in a collaborative manner, assuring all policies, procedures and programs are compatible with goals and objectives of line of business. Responsible for training, verifying regular systems maintenance has occurred, inventory control and equipment procurement, report production, and is primary resource for clinical operations and physician alignment. Provides transformational leadership involving employer services that produces a culture of high-performance and continuous process quality improvement with a focus on hospitality, innovation, technology, and delivery of patient focused care and customer satisfaction. Education Knowledge and skills normally obtained by acquiring a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business or healthcare related field or the equivalent of 8 years direct experience in management of physician office, customer service, or comparable job. Licensure/Certification Must have valid driver's license. Clinical or nursing licensure a plus. Experience 3 or more years in a supervisory role within a healthcare or equivalent setting. Experience managing multiple locations and territories a plus. Experience in negotiation, problem solving, leadership, working with physicians, attorneys and healthcare executives preferred. Other Qualifications Can effectively cope with and handle stress, manage multiple priorities while communicating the employer solutions vision for high coworker engagement. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must adhere to Parkview Mission, Vision and Values with recognized leadership qualities.
