We're known for personalized patient care, clinical excellence, and an experience that keeps people coming back. We're growing, and we're looking for someone to grow with us. This role is the first and last impression of TIL for every patient who walks through our doors- and a key part of how our brand shows up online. You'll be responsible for patient experience, support daily operations, and help drive our social media presence. Compensation is competitive and based on experience and qualifications, with a starting range beginning at $19/hour for entry level candidates and increasing for those who bring relevant experience. On top of base pay, this role includes a performance based bonus structure designed to reward the growth you help create. So your earning potential rises right alongside the practice. Duties Welcome and care for every patient from arrival through checkout, creating a warm, elevated experience. Coordinate and oversee patient services across various touchpoints to ensure seamless, positive experiences. Manage phones, scheduling, and patient journey from booking to follow up. Capture content and assist in management of our social media accounts Keep front space calm, beautiful, and patient ready at all times. Qualifications A genuine love for people and the ability to bring high energy every day. Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow through. The ability to manage a busy front desk without sacrificing the luxury patient experience. Discretion and professionalism in a patient care setting. Experience in aesthetics or luxury hospitality is a plus, but if you are a fast learner with the right energy, we'll teach you the rest. Social media experience preferred.
