What You'll Do:
Lead and supervise Health Center dining staff Assist with menu planning based on resident needs and preferences Ensure compliance with state, federal, and regulatory standards Oversee food ordering and inventory with culinary team Maintain accurate diet records and tray card systems Participate in QAPI and leadership meetings Conduct monthly staff in-services and training Elevate dining presentation and overall resident experience Model and promote a culture of hospitality and respect
What We're Looking For:
