Position Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Provide high-quality outpatient therapy services while maintaining a patient-centered approach Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and exceptional patient experiences Lead, mentor, and support therapy staff to promote professional growth and clinical excellence Monitor clinic performance, patient satisfaction, and operational goals Collaborate with physicians, referral sources, and community partners to grow and strengthen the clinic Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and documentation standards Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on patient outcomes and employee engagement Manage scheduling, staffing, and workflow to maximize clinic success

Qualifications:

Active Physical Therapist (PT) license Previous outpatient therapy experience required Leadership or management experience preferred Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills Proven ability to motivate and develop team members Business-minded approach with a focus on growth and patient satisfaction Passion for delivering exceptional patient care and building a successful clinic
