  • Full-time Provide leadership and direction to the clinical staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality addiction treatment services in accordance with Indiana state regulations , federal guidelines, and industry best practices.
Develop and implement treatment programs and protocols that address the unique needs of individuals seeking addiction recovery, including PHP, IOP, individual therapy, case management, medication management, peer support, and TBS. Collaborate with the medical team to ensure appropriate medication management for clients and oversee compliance with medication protocols. Foster a supportive and inclusive environment that promotes recovery and empowers clients to achieve their treatment goals. Conduct regular staff meetings, clinical supervision, and performance evaluations to support the professional growth and development of the clinical team. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 confidentiality regulations . Collaborate with community partners, stakeholders, and referral sources throughout Indiana to enhance the center's visibility and improve access to addiction treatment services. Stay informed about current trends, research, and evidence-based practices in addiction treatment to continuously improve quality of care. Participate in the center's quality improvement initiatives, including data collection, analysis, and reporting. Ensure compliance with all applicable Indiana licensing, accreditation, and certification requirements , including those established by the Indiana Division of Mental Health and Addiction (DMHA).
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field (Doctorate preferred). Active Indiana licensure required , such as: LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), or LMHC (Licensed Mental Health Counselor), or LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist)
AND LCAC
(Licensed Clinical Addiction Counselor) preferred or required. Minimum of 4 years of experience in addiction treatment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role. Strong knowledge of addiction treatment modalities, including PHP, IOP, individual therapy, case management, medication management, peer support, and TBS. Familiarity with evidence-based practices and trauma-informed care. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team. Knowledge of Indiana state regulations governing behavioral health and addiction treatment facilities . Proficiency in Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and related software.
