Job Description:
The Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) Health Care Senior Manager will work with the team to plan, manage, and coordinate project activities to ensure goals and objectives are accomplished within the specified timeframe. Responsibilities include a combination of technical, policy, research, writing, quality control, business development, team building, and client-facing activities. Essential Functions and Primary Duties Maintains subject matter expertise as an industry recognized thought leader in PACE Coordinate with the team to develop, respond to, and refine client solutions Coordinate with the team to develop resources, skills, tools, and products Conduct project planning and evaluate operational performance Define, and manage work plans, schedules, staffing/resources across multiple projects Develop a system of quality controls and procedures Analyze and report industry trends Collaborate with colleagues on the management of the team, contract, and practice area Represent the firm at conferences, workshops, and industry related events Establish, develop, and monitor client relationships Evaluate and ensure client satisfaction with work products Recruit, develop and retain staff Maintain security and confidentiality of protected health information and other sensitive information Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in health policy, economics, business administration, or a related field strongly preferred 8 years of relevant experience required; 8 years of PACE experience strongly preferred Minimum of 5 years supervisory experience strongly preferred Experience in a PACE center or a State Administering Agency or the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services programs (Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, etc.) strongly preferred Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing with clients and internally at all levels of an organization Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to effectively and comfortably operate in a team-oriented environment Demonstrated high level of integrity, client service and leadership skills Ability to formulate business, technical, and operational strategies Ability to travel on occasion based on business and client needs Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED #LI-HW1 #LI-Hybrid
