per year Large Scale Healthcare & Commercial Backlog Project all LOCAL to Greater Indianapolis About Our Client Our client has been building in Indianapolis for decades and have grown into a $300M general contractor by prioritizing client relationships. This is a firm that is very strategic in their work and focus on work they can execute at a high level doing all of it with strong project teams and loyal clients. Client Highlights Financially strong, well‑established ~$400M general contractor with an excellent local reputation All work is local to Indy and the surrounding communities - Noblesville, Fishers, Greenwood, etc. Projects typically range from $20M-$50M, looking to grow into the $100M+ range Deep repeat‑client relationships and a steady, reliable backlog Team‑oriented culture with balanced workloads and strong support Clear advancement path toward Senior PM and Project Executive roles Competitive salary, bonus structure, and comprehensive benefits package Job Description Lead large scale commercial, healthcare & education ground up projects from inception through completion Report directly into the Director & President of Construction Serve as the primary contact for clients, design teams, and subcontractors while ensuring quality and safety Manage contracts, RFIs, change orders, and submittals using modern project management tools Partner with estimating and procurement during preconstruction and support continuous improvement Deliver projects ranging from $20M+ within a strong, $500M+ pipeline MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant 8+ years of construction project management experience, including ground-up new construction. Proven ability to run projects valued while managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and clients. Skilled in Procore, MS Project, or other project management tools. Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, permitting, and construction processes; background in estimating or field supervision is a plus.
