Job Description Interact with clients with a business development mindset. Ensures efficient coordination of project requirements. Leads the team in cooperative and synergistic efforts with other disciplines on projects. Client Details Our client is a Midwest leader in commercial construction, specializing in medical/healthcare projects, both ground up and T.I work. The client is committed to building relationships with their customers and instituted a five-year follow-up consultations, unique in the industry. The client offers expertise, integrity, and proven experience to exceed expectations on any project in a wide range of industries. With their substantial growth, the client is looking to add talent to their roster so they can continue to successfully manage their projects. Description PM will manage a number of projects for them and have a project team under them that reports into them Document control (RFIs, change orders, claims, etc.) Assisting and supporting project team with daily project coordination Procurement of construction materials Coordinate bid process with subcontractors Quality Control / Quality Assurance checks Estimating and take off/s including conceptual budgets and self-performed work Business development/networking capabilities Assume significant responsibility for meeting schedule, budget, and quality goals Profile Healthcare experience preferred, if not then complex pharamceutical / industrial experience Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred Healthcare experience is required Prepare submittal schedules for approval and distribution Assist the Superintendent with RFI reports, QA/QC documentation, and construction field operations Assist with preconstruction tasks, including estimating and quantification Collect and log closeout documents and punch lists Job Offer Competitive compensation package with bonus opportunities Great health benefits (Health, Vision and Dental).
