LifeSpring Health System is seeking a full-time Case Manager for our Client Resource Center in Jasper, IN. The schedule is not set, must be flexible. Duties include teaching activities of daily living skills and linking clients with community resources. The Case Manager will provide services to adults with mental illnesses. A Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology or related field is required. We are looking for caring, compassionate and energetic people who enjoy helping others. An electronic medical record is used so computer literacy is also required.
