LifeSpring Health System's is seeking a full-time Case Manager in our Client Resource Center in Jeffersonville, IN. The Case Manager will provide services to adults with mental illnesses. Duties include teaching activities of daily living skills and linking clients with community resources. We are looking for a caring, compassionate and energetic person who enjoys helping others. Someone who is comfortable speaking to groups, is creative and enjoys doing art projects, is able to drive a 12 seater van, and is a team player. Being able to help cook meals for client parties is an added bonus! A Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology or related field is highly preferred. An electronic medical record is used so computer literacy is also required.
