We are looking for an experienced and reliable Assistant Office Manager to join our growing team and help streamline our office operations to better serve our community.
Job Description:
As the Assistant Office Manager, you will provide support to the Office Manager for your region, assisting with the management of the day-to-day administrative and clerical functions of our office. You will work closely with other office staff and operational teams to ensure smooth workflows and a positive client experience. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with oversight of office operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment.
  • Handle client scheduling and ensure appointments are coordinated effectively as needed
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients, family members, and external providers.
  • Maintain confidential client and employee records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new office staff.
  • Communicate with operational staff to ensure proper documentation and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in an office setting, preferably in the healthcare or home health industry.
  • Strong understanding of office procedures, healthcare operations, and medical terminology.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite preferred
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma required, Associate's or Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred.
