Job Description
Innovations In Learning is seeking a qualified Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team ! ABA Supervising Therapists work in our ABA clinic designing, supervising, and implementing verbal behavior programs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Supervisors have a manageable caseload of 8 full-time clients. The position has many benefits including, competitive salary, health benefits, PTO, 401k after a year, quarterly over billing bonus and the opportunity to work in a collaborative setting with other BCBAs. ABA Supervising Therapists are responsible for such activities as assessment, program development, data analysis, report writing, treatment plan and behavior support plan development, and supervision and training of a team of RBTs. At least 1-year experience providing verbal behavior therapy to individuals with Autism is preferred.
