Addictions Team Leader:
Duties:
Will provide clinical and administrative oversight to a team of addiction therapists. Will be responsible for building and maintaining a cohesive team, hiring and training of new team members, providing oversight of staff billing, clinical documentation and maintaining a budget. Work to build relationship with community partners and organizations; build and inspire a cohesive team promoting efficiency and team work.Additional skills and abilities:
Requires knowledge of human development and behavior Familiar with treatment modalities and psychological theory Independent judgment An ability to identify alternative actionsRequirements:
LCSW/LMFT/LMHC
