Rite of Passage Team is hiring for Clinical Supervisor at DePaul Academy Residential Facility in South Bend Indiana ✨ DePaul Academy, located in the heart of South Bend, Indiana, shares a campus with the St. Joseph County Juvenile Justice Center. DePaul serves young men aged 14-18 who have mental health, substance abuse and/or behavioral needs. Utilizing a strengths-based approach, DePaul provides its youth with access to therapeutic services and diverse social and educational opportunities. Through a blend of evidence-based treatment, academic and extracurricular opportunities, young men are provided a normalized setting that foster a culture of learning, growth, and achievement.

ROP-benefits-and-perks-2 What you will do: Monitors, evaluates and corrects the daily performance of the Clinical Team. Will maintain a caseload of at least 5 students or as determined by the program director. Audit Clinical files for accuracy Provides weekly individual supervision to each therapist/intern. Provides weekly group supervision to all therapists/interns. Oversees/evaluates individual, family and group therapy provided by the therapists/interns. Provides crisis intervention. Reviews and provides suggestions to the Program Director to ensure the highest standards are maintained to prevent illegal, unethical, or improper conduct and to ensure the program remains in compliance with the agency licensing and Rite of Passage policies and procedures. Making sure the Key Performance Indicators for all treatments are met each month. Adhere to facility and daily schedules. Commits to attending and tracking all training and staff development classes in order to ensure sufficient hours of training for this position and supervised staff are completed on an annual basis. Ensures the safety, health, and welfare of staff and students at all times. Acts as a positive role model and monitor for both staff and students by treating others with respect, confronting negative behavior and supports confrontation. Other duties assigned verbally or in written form.
To be considered you should:
Must have a current LMSW, LMFT, or LMHC and must be maintained. Be at least 21 years of age. Have a desire to work with at risk youth. Be able to pass a criminal background check and physical.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday 8 hours/day. Occasionally a Sunday may be required for Supervision of visitation. Apply today and Make a Difference in the Lives of Youth!
