Team Leader:
Primary responsibilities: Provide clinical oversight and support to a team of case managers Build and maintain a cohesive team, hiring and training of new team members, monitoring team productivity, clinical documentation, departmental budgets, and other supervisory duties as assigned Attend regularly scheduled meetings with multi-departmental leaders to share organizational and team updates Maintain relationships with community partners and organizations Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and make recommendations for treatment Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team that includes the client, family, referral sources, and other providers within Oaklawn Provide direct care to clients as needed Provide routine monitoring of case management service delivery for quality assurance and client satisfaction Professional development training Evening hours are expected 1x/month Minimum Hiring Requirements for a
Team Leader:
LCSW, LMHC, LMFT
required. 2 years clinical and leadership experience preferred. Must provide diploma and official transcripts Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
