At Accessible Home Health, we're on the lookout for an exeptional Client Services Coordinator to join our elite team. This is a full-time position, 8a-4p Monday-Friday. The Client Services Coordinator position is responsible for oversight of adult client services. This role is responsible for a variety of duties ranging from handling referrals of clients, scheduling of client services, oversight of Attendant caregiver staff, and clerical work for Attendants related to approving payroll to submit to accounting, Human Resources paperwork for new hires, and client services. Accept:
Oversight of Adult Client Services:
Coordination of care for referred clients, scheduling attendants and client services, client complaints, monitoring authorizations and any associated clerical/data entry work.
Oversight of Attendant staff including:
hiring/onboarding, evaluations, scheduling, preparing payroll to submit to accounting and associated clerical/data entry work.
Your Extraordinary Abilities:
Graduation from high school or GED equivalent. Two years of administrative experience, preferably in medical administration/scheduling in Home Health. Valid Driver's License in good standing. Good working vehicle. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with patients, families, and team members. Strong technical skills required to work within Microsoft Sharepoint, Word, Excel and clinical EMRs and Orders software. Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills Strong sense of accountability and ownership of tasks and supervisory role. Must be very dependable in this role.

Pay:
$19.00 - $22.00 per hour
